Plain-English Summary
Your analysis data lives on your machine, not on our servers — that is the design, not a promise we have to strain to keep. We hold your account and billing records, and, only if you turn it on, cloud backup copies of files you choose. The marketing site at datapro360.com is cookieless — no ad pixels, no tracking; the app uses cookies to keep you signed in, bill you, and — only with your consent through its banner — measure usage. We do not sell your personal information, and DataPro360 sends nothing to any AI service. Map and geocoding features send property addresses to our mapping providers only when you use those features.
This Privacy Policy explains how DataHub Solutions LLC (“DataHub Solutions,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use DataPro360, our subscription software platform at app.datapro360.com, or visit our marketing website at datapro360.com.
1. The Architecture Comes First
DataPro360 is local-first. The sales data you load, your .dp360 assignment files, your adjustments, comp grids, reports, and Narrative Briefs live on your computer. Using DataPro360 does not upload that work to us. What our systems hold is much narrower: your account and subscription records, the operational metadata needed to run features you enable, and — only if you turn on cloud backup — copies of the files you choose to back up. Most privacy policies describe how the company protects your data on its servers; ours starts from the fact that, by design, most of your data never reaches us.
2. What We Collect
2.1 Information you provide
- Name and email address when you create an account (handled through Clerk, our identity provider).
- Payment information, provided directly to Stripe — we receive a token and the card’s last four digits, never the full number.
- Cloud backup copies of files you select, if and only if you enable cloud backup.
- Communications you send to support@datapro360.com.
2.2 Information collected automatically in the app
- IP address, browser and device type, login timestamps.
- Feature usage and error telemetry (via Sentry) used to diagnose problems and improve the service — measurement of the application, not the contents of your files.
- Application analytics (Google Analytics) and a one-time signup conversion signal to Google Ads, both gated behind the in-app consent banner — you can decline, and declining does not affect the software. These measure that a signup happened and how the application is used, never the contents of your work.
2.3 The marketing site
datapro360.com is intentionally cookieless: no advertising pixels, no cross-site tracking, no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not profile visitors. This posture is permanent.
2.4 What we do not collect
- Full payment card numbers; government identifiers; health or biometric information; credit reports.
- The contents of your local files, absent cloud backup you enabled.
- MLS feeds — we receive none; the data you analyze comes from your own licensed sources under your own agreements.
3. How We Use Information
- To provide, operate, secure, and improve DataPro360.
- To process payments, manage subscriptions, and send billing receipts and service emails (via Stripe and SendGrid).
- To store and return your cloud backup copies when you enabled that feature.
- To respond to support requests.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your data for advertising.
4. Features That Reach Out, Named Plainly
- Geocoding and maps: when you use mapping features, the property addresses involved are sent to our mapping providers (Mapbox and Geocodio) to be placed on a map. That is the feature working, and it happens only when you use it.
- Benchmark overlays (such as FHFA house-price index and mortgage-rate series) are public datasets delivered with the application; using them sends nothing about your data anywhere.
- The Narrative Brief: generated and saved locally. DataPro360 has no connection to any AI service and transmits nothing to one. If you hand a Brief to a service of your own, that is your channel under that service’s terms — and the Brief is built to strip MLS numbers and client, file, and loan identity before it is written.
5. Who Touches the Data (Subprocessors)
We use a small set of service providers, each for a named job: Clerk (sign-in), Stripe (payments), Microsoft Azure (account records and, if enabled, cloud backup storage, in the United States), SendGrid (transactional email), Sentry (error telemetry), Google (application analytics and the signup conversion signal, behind the consent banner), Termly (the in-app consent banner itself), Cloudflare (site delivery and cookieless analytics), and Mapbox and Geocodio (mapping, only when you use those features). Each receives only what its job requires.
6. Retention
- Local files: yours, on your machine, untouched by us — no retention policy of ours applies to them.
- Cloud backup copies: kept while your subscription is active; retained 30 days after your subscription ends, then permanently deleted. You may request earlier deletion.
- Account and billing records: kept as needed for the service and for legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
7. Security
Traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS) and cloud-stored data is encrypted at rest on Azure infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure, and you accept that residual risk when you use any online service — while noting that DataPro360’s local-first design keeps the most sensitive material, your assignment files, off our systems entirely unless you choose backup.
8. Your Choices and Rights
- Cloud backup is opt-in and can be disabled at any time; disabling stops new copies.
- You may access and update account information in Settings, and request deletion of your account and cloud data at support@datapro360.com.
- California residents: we do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA, and we honor access and deletion requests at the address above.
9. Children
DataPro360 is professional software for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18.
